Screen acceptance requirements and method
1. Screen body brightness: the display screen perfect bright state, 10 minutes with light gun to complete display brightness measurement, measuring brightness, require light gun perpendicular to the screen body, adjust the distance between the light gun and the display, ensure that the observation window black position above 16 pixels, adjust the focal length in the eye scope can clearly see the LED beads, and then measure and read the brightness data.
2. Visual Angle: During the measurement, the person stands on and around the screen body, and observe the screen body to have no obvious black spots and no obvious dark block.
Check items before the installation of the display screen structure
1. Test and check whether the underlying structure is firm.
2. Whether the width and height of the structure are accurate, it is generally 20mm-50mm larger than the size of the display screen.
3. The distance between the square cylinder and the square cylinder should be strictly consistent from the bottom to the top layer, otherwise the screen body will produce gaps when installation, and it is difficult to install the upper layer, resulting in rework.
4. Check whether the channel position in the structure is appropriate and whether it will block the back cover door of the box body, otherwise, the back cover door of the box body cannot be opened after the screen body is installed.
5. Will the line holes on both sides of the screen body be blocked.
